This award is given by the YHA and based on the YHA Guest Feedback Results. The feedback is rated on a wide range of criteria including: Cleanliness, Efficiency of Service, and Friendliness of Staff.
The Kimberley Croc Backpackers staff has been aiming for this award for six years and we are excited to finally have achieved it. We were able to do this by keeping staff focused on excellent customer service and keeping consistency in our high standards.
We are thrilled by this achievement and plan to continue to exceed expectations of our customers.
